This package is for the couple who has everything they need ready to go, but would like a day-of coordinator to provide wedding day décor set-up and tear down at the venue and ensure a hassle-free, worry-free day!

  • 1 planning meeting (1 week prior to the wedding day)
  • Unlimited phone and/or e-mail communication
  • On-site vendor management
  • Distribution of final vendor payments on day of the wedding
  • Distribution of timeline to bridal party and vendors
  • Facilitate ceremony and reception décor set up
  • Guest management
  • On-site event coordination
  • On-site tear down

Our most popular package! This is for the couple who would like to take care of most of the planning – like venue, photographer, DJ, etc. However, when it come to the details – flowers, save the dates, invitations, programs, seating charts, menus, etc.). – you would really prefer to get it all done in one place. Custom and easy!

  • Floral Design (bouquets, ceremony décor, reception centrepieces)
  • Custom design of stationary for wedding – maximum 5 pieces

*Add wedding day decor set-up & take down to this package – $400 *Add extra custom stationary – $50 each *Printing and flower purchase extra – Flowers are ordered through a trusted wholesaler.    We can guarantee you won’t find a better deal anywhere on this package!

As your Wedding Consultant I will be available with answers and solutions to any questions or concerns you have during the planning of your wedding making sure you keep on track with budget/timelines, make recommendations for photographers, venues, hotels, etc. with your best interest in mind. This is for the couple who are looking to plan their big day, but would like a helping hand along the way!

  • 2 planning meetings (1 at the beginning of the process & 1 closer to the wedding day)
  • Budget tracking and timeline management
  • Wedding theme and design ideas
  • Vendor research and referrals
  • Unlimited phone and/or e-mail communication
  • Vendor confirmation 1 week before wedding

Need some help not just planning for the big day but on the actual day? Then you’ve come to the right place. Relax and enjoy your wedding day and watch your vision come to life. The Wedding Coordinator will not only help you plan for the big day, but will also provide on-site event coordination by being behind the scenes during the ceremony to guide the bridal party and will ensure every detail is attended to right through to the end of the evening.
